Nina Wandruszka takes up the function of the Byobu screen and examines the mood that an interior design object evokes with details such as light and material culture.

Nina Wandruszka (1993*) studies Art Education at the University of Applied Arts Vienna. Her artistic research work focuses on the force of the paravent as a speculative document for the wind in the 17th century. Through her use of digital Audio editing, ChatGPT, image sections of the paravent and wind recordings she shows an alternative way to read the paravent and tries to connect the past, the present and the future for an object like a para-vent.
